Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you, or a third party you have named, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us ( Nico Funke - Roots & Regions, hello@rootsandregions.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email). It is sufficient to send the notice before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal. We will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice. You bear the cost of returning the goods and must send them back without undue delay.

Exclusions / expiry of the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (for example, an opened bottle of olive oil, an opened jar of honey or olives, unwrapped soap) - Section 312g(2) no. 3 German Civil Code (BGB);
• Goods that can spoil quickly or whose use-by date would soon expire - Section 312g(2) no. 2 BGB.

You can withdraw from purchases of unopened goods with their original seal within the period described above.
